Great news for those who are planning to shift on T-Mobile! That’s because the network has officially released its high-speed modem stick. The stick is called T-Mobile Rocket 3.0 and it sports a dashing speed of up to 42Mbps.

Aside from this, the network has also announced that the stick is its very first 42Mbps-capable 4G device. This means that T-Mobile Rocket 3.0 users can finally be able to enjoy the benefits of faster 4G.
To date, the new T-Mobile Rocket 3.0 can be already availed on 55 markets. Some of these markets include the areas of: Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Dallas, Durham, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland and San Francisco.
Meanwhile, existing T-Mobile 3G and 4G subscribers will still be able to benefit from the constant enhancements of the network but they won’t be able to acquire the benefits that users of the new modem are allowed to enjoy. Much more, they won’t be able to get a hold of the stick’s new swiveling form factor.
As for those who would like to avail the new USB modem, the Rocket 3.0 is already available for purchase at selected T-Mobile stores. Postpaid subscribers can avail the stick for $29.99 while non-contract subscribers can avail the stick at $199.99.
The new USB modem is available in cobalt blue, matte black and dark violet colors. What’s your pick?
