As we all know, the most-awaited E3 is going to be held this month. Thus, a lot of speculators have been anxiously waiting for some great scoops. And speaking of which, there’s some rumors stating that Sony will most likely be naming its NGP as ‘PS Vita’ aka PSP2.
Well, the rumor all began when some sources have spotted a bunch of domain names. These domains were found to be named as PSVita.com as well as PlayStationVita.com. Aside from this, it has also been reported that a blog called Mega Rock has been found posting the handheld’s new name. However, the post has been removed and can no longer be obtained.
On the other hand, other reports have been telling that the Next Generation Portable was rumored to be named as “Veta”. Others have even leaked that the handheld will be equipped with a 5-inch OLED display and will be packed with SIX-AXIS motion sensors. It will have a font camera, a rear camera, a touch rear pad and a GPS. The rumored PS Vita will also be offered with Wi-Fi and 3G connections.
As of now, these rumors have not yet been confirmed. But we’re all hoping that on the E3, Sony will finally be having its official revelations. Stay tuned!
