With all the hype about the new smartphones arriving into town, LG sure does want to share the spotlight. The company is not allowing rival companies like Samsung have all the fun. With its Optimus LTE II (name exclusively announced in Korea), LG will surely awe the trendy and the technology fans out there. What are the features of this nifty gadget? LG is pushing the full spotlight on Samsung’s Galaxy S III at the sides with the introduction of Optimus LTE2 last May in Korea armed with 2Gb of RAM, and an impending launch of the same smartphone as LG VS930 on Verizon. Other notable specs include a wireless charging functionality and a True HD IPS display. It is powered by Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 and has an 8Mp auto focus camera, a battery power from Li-ion with 2150 mAh capacity, an HTML browser and a voice recorder.
The Verizon bound LG VS930 provides additional info on specs such as a MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor at 1.5/1.7Ghz, a Wireless a/b/g/n and a BlueTooth 4.0. In all cases, the smartphone’s battery life is longer by 40%. Price is conspicuously absent in both announcements although they are sure to land on carrier plan bandwagon.
