Released as a new installment after the success of its predecessors such as A660 and Ideaphone K860, Lenovo Ideaphone P770 sounds very promising with its lithium polymer 3,500mAh battery which is enough to keep you on the phone for almost 29 hours. Its stand-by time can last up to 644 hours or 26 days.
Without any intention to brag, IdeaPhone P770’s battery pack is more powerful than Motorola’s flagship Droid Razr Maxx. What makes it interesting is its ability to process on 1.2GHz dual-core processor under Android Jelly Bean operating system, 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage (included in the package is an 8GB micro SD card). An IPS display of 960 x 540 pixels fitted in 4.5 inch screen sounds fair for gaming and viewing purposes. Taking pictures will be easier with its 5 megapixel rear camera and VGA front camera features. Saving your data or uploading them in the internet is quite fast with P770’s WiFi, GPS and 3G connectivity.
Premiering with 133 x 67 x 11.9 mm dimensions and 161 grams weight, the smartphone is already released in its native country China at a starting price of ¥1,699, $273 in equivalent. However, Lenovo has not yet given any advances whether the much-awaited device will be released in other parts of the world particularly in the United States.
