Dell has recently announced an affordable all-in-one (AIO) desktop PC with a touchscreen display. The new Dell XPS 18 is a cutting-edge device that caters to all consumers who don’t want a workstation with a lot of clutter.
The XPS 18 AIO has an 18.4-inch touchscreen with 1080p resolution display that weighs close to five pounds with battery juice that is said to last up to 5 hours. Interested in knowing more about its specifications? Of course, you are! The Dell all-in-one PC is running Windows 8 64-bit software, and comes in 3 different configurations. The entry-level is powered with a 1.8GHz Intel Pentium 2117U processor, the mid-level with 1.9GHz Ivy Bridge Core i3-3227U and the highest with 2.7GHz Core i5-3337U containing 3M cache. The models also vary in terms of RAM amount: 4GB (1st and 2nd levels) and 8GB (highest model).
Other specs are as follows: Intel HD 4000 graphics, wireless keyboard and mouse, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, 320GB SATA HDD storage (500 GB for higher configurations) and a trial version of the McAfee anti-virus. As a comparison, Asus and Sony have similar AIO model but Dell has the more affordable one.
