Just when we thought that Research in Motion is finally over with keyboards, the upcoming Blackberry N-Series showed up as a leak in the internet to show its recurring love for QWERTY keypad. The suppose-to-be surprise from Blackberry still follows the style trademark of the tech giant among keypads but other critics implied that the new model looks like an aggregation of its predecessors.
Merging touch screen and keyboard functionalities in one gadget, the company was able to fit such complex structures derived from previous Blackberry flagships. Aesthetically speaking, the N-Series has a keyboard that is more straightened out just like the one from Porsche Design BlackBerry P’9981. Its screen has inherited the traits from its Bold ancestors although the latter has a larger display.
Prices are not yet announced but it has been estimated that Blackberry will formally introduce the device on January 30. Other people believe that this upcoming phone will be named as Blackberry 10 X10.
Assumptions were also made that the smartphone from Blackberry might run on quad-core processors like TI OMAP 4 or Qualcomm Snapdragon. Considering the size of its screen, the N-series installation might cater to 720 x 720 pixels. Expect this hybrid phone to work efficiently and stay relevant in the industry amidst its competition.
