Volkswagen’s Bugatti Veyron is a rear mid-engined sports car that comes with a lot of versions. Tagged by “Top Gear” as the Car of the Decade, the Bugatti Veyron was named after the French racing driver, Pierre Veyron.
Throughout the years, the Bugatti Veyron has successfully transcended. Both Bugatti and Volkswagen created a number of versions which were released from year to year. And speaking of which, Volkswagen has recently announced that it will soon release the next-generation of Bugatti Veyron sometime in the year 2014.
Moreover, the German car company announced that the Veyron will be built with more carbon-composites than the previous models. It is also set to produce Zero-to-60 acceleration in less than 2.5 seconds. Nevertheless, the car will still be built with the quad-turbo 8.0 liter W16 engine which is expected to deliver up to 1,200 horsepower at a top 270 mph speed. All four wheels of the car will be assisted by a revised seven speed dual clutch gearbox.
On the other hand, Auto Express revealed a 2014 render of the elegantly looking Bugatti Veyron. The render’s basic contour has been kept while some of the car’s materials will be replaced.
The all-new 2014Bugatti Veyron is expected to sport a price tag of 1.6 Million and will most likely appear in the 2013 Geneva Car Show.
